The Triumphant City, the Jewel of the Nile, the city of minarets, and the capital of Egypt; Cairo has several epithets. Situated right on the bank of the river Nile, Cairo is a bustling hotspot of urban civilization in Egypt.

The thirteenth largest city in the world, Cairo is famous not only for its present status of that as a commercial hub of Africa but also for its rich history of over five thousand years. The ancient Pharaonic past of Egypt is best represented by Cairo.

A visit to Egypt would never be complete without a trip to Cairo. The city is steeped in history which will make any traveler mesmerized and captivated. The beauty of Cairo is bound to leave you awestruck. The Great Pyramid of Giza on the outskirts of the city is truly a wonder of the ancient world. In its splendor, magnificence, hospitality, and warmth, Cairo, Egypt is definitely every traveler’s dream destination.
