Banff is a popular winter skiing destination located in the heart of the Canadian Rocky Mountains. In fact, Banff is known for downhill and cross-country skiing. The excitement and adventure of Heli Skiing here are unmatched. The terrain diversity, breathtaking slopes and incredible snow conditions add to the fun of skiing. Banff is a ski resort that links three ski areas of Banff Mount Noruay, Sunshine Village and Lake Louise.

Aspen is a popular ski resort of USA. Along with skiing, you can also enjoy dogsledding, guided snowshoe tours and hot-air ballooning. This ski-resort is a well-acclaimed one. The four mountains here are Aspen Mountain, Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk and Snowmass. Aspen is indeed a skier’s paradise.

Alps, a popular mountain range of Europe is a popular ski resort. The many popular places where you can ski in Alps are Zermatt, Megeve, Avoriaz, Chamonix, Champery, Les Arcs, Verbier, Crans Montana, Leysin and Alp d’Huez.

Kashmir is a popular ski resort of India. Here tourists can enjoy skiing at Gulmarg. Gulmarg is considered excellent for expert skiers. During the winter season, the lush green slopes of Gulmarg are blanketed with snow and are undoubtedly the best spots to ski.

Sapporo is a popular ski resort of Japan. The white powdery snow here is considered the best for skiing and boarding. Night skiing is quite popular here.
