Avampato Discovery Museum:

Located in West Virginia, the Avampato Discovery Museum is a science museum with unique exhibits. There is also an art gallery within the museum. The science exhibits in the museum comprise various fields like creativity and engineering; sound, light and color; energy and magnetism; health and wellness. The major attraction in the museum is the Electric Sky Theater.

Audra State Park:

Located in southwestern Barbour County, the Audra State Park is one of the most scenic places in the state. It was established in the early nineteenth century. The park comprises a large forested area with deep pools, large rocks, and riverside beaches. The famous Alum Cave is the main attraction of the place.

Campbell Mansion:

Located in Bethany, West Virginia, the Campbell Mansion is a famous historical site in the state. It is also known as Campbell Mansion or Alexander Campbell House. The place was the home of Alexander Campbell. The mansion was declared a National Historic Landmark in 1994.

Harpers Ferry National Historical Park:

Located at the confluence of the Potomac and Shenandoah rivers, the Harpers Ferry National Historical Park was established on June 30, 1944. Administered by the National Park Service, the park was declared a National Historical Park by the U.S. Congress in 1963. The major attraction of the park is the historic town of Harpers Ferry. The town was a notable center of nineteenth century industry.

Blackwater Falls State Park:

Located in the Allegheny Mountains of Tucker County, West Virginia, the Blackwater Falls State Park is one of the most beautiful state parks in the nation. The major attraction of the park is the Blackwater Falls. The park offers many recreational opportunities like cross-country skiing, hiking, fishing, and mountain biking.
