Bowling Green is a city in the U.S state of Kentucky. Founded in 1798, the city was officially incorporated by the state of Kentucky on March 6, 1798. Agriculture remained the important tenet of working life. The city saw a rapid growth and became the chief commercial center for south central Kentucky. It is also the county seat of Warren County.
