Emirates of United Arab Emirates
Seven Emirates make the United Arab Emirates, which is also popularly known as UAE. The Emirates of United Arab Emirates are Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm al-Qaiwain, Ras al Khaimah and Fujairah. This constitutional federation, which makes the United Arab Emirates, was formally established in the 2nd of December in the year of 1971.
Abu Dhabi, the most important among the States of United Arab Emirates is the capital of the United Arab Emirates. It is the largest city in UAE and one of the richest cities of the world. Dubai is the main port as well as the commercial industrial hub of the United Arab Emirates. Dubai, which is the tax-free haven for the business class of people, is a great tourist destination as well. The city is divided into two parts; on the northern side lies Deira and on the south is the Bur Dubai.
Sharjah, which is the third largest among the seven Emirates of United Arab, covers an area of 2,600 sq km. The city is adorned with more than twenty museums, art galleries and many preserved heritage sites, which attract tourists from all over the world. Oil is the major source of income for the Emirates of United Arab Emirates. It generates high economy for the country.
