Estadio das Dunas :
Estadio das Dunas is located in Natal, the capital of the Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Norte. This grand stadium was built by demolishing two stadiums – Machadão and the Machadinho gymnasium. The earlier stadium was officially opened in the year 1972. This new and refurbished stadium is much bigger and will seat 45,000 people. Its name relates to the sand dunes, which is one of the most happening natural attractions of Natal. During the 2014 FIFA World Cup, four matches will be played. A stadium project is also coming up surrounding Estadio das Dunas which includes world-class hotels, a shopping center and and an artificial lake.

How to Reach :
There is abundant transport available throughout the city. Some of the most popular transports are taxis and buses. On a bus it will cost you anything between US$1 to US$1.20 from the airport to Natal. Vans and micro buses are also available. Fares of taxis are regulated by the government. The starting meter is US$2 and the per kilometer charge is US$1. In case of waiting, they will charge US$5 for every hour.
