Eureka Springs is a city in the US state of Arkansas. The city known for its miraculous healing water was transformed into a developing city later. Because of this, people from various parts of the world migrated into the city increasing its population. In February 1880 Eureka Springs was incorporated as a city and by 1881 it started enjoying the status of the fourth largest city in the state. Soon the city established itself as one of the premier vacation resorts of the Victorian era. It is now one of the two county seats of Carroll County.

The city has wide road network and it is the only city in North America where none of the streets meet at right angles.

Blue Springs Heritage Center that contains native plants and hardwood trees is a historic tourist attractive place.
