Royal Botanic Gardens

Trees, flora and fauna, water bodies, cool breeze aptly embodies Mother Nature’s love for its living beings. Royal Botanic Gardens situated near the CBD (Central Business District) is another such classical example of Mother Nature’s expression of love. A perfect mélange of lush green landscaped gardens with manicured flower beds and rich preserved heritage transports you to a peaceful, silent and re-creational abode where you would always want to unwind yourself.

Royal Botanic Gardens Fountain

After a hectic day of walking across city’s CBD I took a tram from Flinders street and alighted near Royal Botanic Gardens fountain, my starting point for a nature stroll. Light showers of a large fountain took away all my tiredness… thanks to the cool breeze which made it possible to enjoy the light fountain showers. As I started walking towards the inner sections of the garden, I spotted cenotaphs erected in memory of war martyrs and sculptures as a mark of respect for its past leaders.
