We then leave for Rotorua where we visit the Rainbow Springs natural reserve. Here you can see many species of birds including the Kiwi, and many species of fish including trout in the sparking springs at Rotorua.
We can also visit a functioning farm to experience life in rural New Zealand. You will witness traditional occupations such as sheep shearing and crop harvesting.
