2016-08-19 07:32:22 UTC : According to a German earthquake monitoring centre, an earthquake of 7.3 magnitude has shaken the South Atlantic near the Falklands islands. The south Georgia Island Region was struck by the quake at a depth of around 6.2 miles on the early hours of Friday, as mentioned by the Postdam-based German Research Centre for Geo-sciences. The precise location is around 1,500 miles east of the Southern end of the Argentina. There is not any threat of Tsunami.
