It stands at a height of 1,776 feet (541 meters). Its height symbolically references the year the Declaration of Independence was signed. It opened in October 2014 and features 104 stories and 54 high-speed passenger elevators. At night, a beacon at the top sends out a horizontal light beam, which can be seen from miles away.
