The Baldwin Home Museum: Called as the house of Rev, it is the oldest home in Lahaina. Baldwin not only served Lahaina as a minister but also as a government physician, dentist and veterinary.
Hale Pa‘i Printing Museum: A place where the first Hawaiian Newspaper was printed.
Lahaina Heritage Museum: This fascinating museum exhibits Lahaina’s heritage from the time when Hawaii wasn’t explored to the period of the Monarchy.
Old Lahaina Prison: Also called Hale Pa’ahao, which means ‘stuck-in-irons’ house, the old prison of Lahaina was built in the 1850s. The prison was used to confine the drunk sailors who went out of control. The confinement used to be of shorter duration.
Some of the other must-visit buildings in the town are Wo Hing Museum, Master’s Reading Room, Lahaina Lighthouse, Old Lahaina Courthouse, and Seamen’s Hospital.
