Switzerland (German: Schweiz Karte) is a European nation located in the central part of the continent. Its official name is Swiss Confederation, and it’s a landlocked country bordered by Italy in the south, Germany in the north, France in the west, Liechtenstein, and Austria in the east. Switzerland is a small country with a total area of 41,277 sq. km. There is no coastline as Switzerland is a landlocked country.
