Centro is one of the five regions of Portugal, which comprises ofthe cities like Castelo Branco, Figueira da Foz, Aveiro, Viseu, Caldas da Rainha, Leiria, Covilhã and Guarda.

There are several sightseeing places in Centro that holds both historical and archaeological significances.
