The North Korea Government is often described as a Juche or a self-reliant one. Standing as a perfect example of the “rule of man” the North Korea government is a highly personalized one with the ultimate loyalty to Kim Il Sung.

The Governing Party of the North Korea Government is the Democratic Front for the Reunification of the Fatherland which is a coalition of three smaller Political parties, the Workers’ Party of Korea, Chondoist Chongu Party and the Korean Social Democratic Party. These three parties nominate candidates for different offices in the North Korea Government and hold seats in the Supreme People’s Assembly.

The President is the head of the state and the North Korea Government. Elected every four years the President acts as the chairman of the Central People’s Committee. There are no provisions for removing, recalling, or impeaching the president. The top Executive body of the North Korea Government which makes all the decisions is the Central People’s Committee. The Central People’s Committee of the North Korea Government includes the President, Vice presidents, the Central People’s Committee Secretary, and unspecified “members.”

In the North Korea Government the Judicial process operates as a strict weapon for the proletarian dictatorship. Both the adjudicative and prosecuting bodies are important components of the North Korea Government. The Constitution of Korea clearly mentions that justice is to be administered by the central court, provincial- or special-city level courts, the people’s court, or special courts. There are three levels of Local North Korea Government, province and special province-level municipalities ; ordinary cities, urban districts, and counties ; and traditional villages .
