Monaco is located towards the western part of Europe and borders the Mediterranean sea. As such Monaco weather is found to be influenced largely by the sea conditions. In fact Monaco weather is Mediterranean in nature due to its location.

Summer temperatures in Monaco can at times be as high as 26° Centigrade. Winter in Monaco is wet and cool. Winter season in Monaco is experienced in the months of December and January. It is during winter that Monaco experiences a few spells of rain. Monaco on an average has rain for a time span of 60 days. During the Autumn season the temperature in Monaco lies between 15° and 21° Centigrade. Besides, the overall Monaco weather is also influenced by the presence of local winds and sea conditions. Its proximity to the sea is a factor responsible for the presence of pleasant conditions in Monaco.

Monaco Climate has influenced the vegetation and the flora and fauna that are found to exist here. Under the presence of Mediterranean climate in Monaco, certain species of plants like the palm, carobs and mimosas are found. Besides, in Monaco certain species of shrubs and flowers are also found to grow.
