Kumanovo



Kumanovo is one of the largest cities in the Republic of Macedonia. The city stands at a height of 324 meters above sea level in the north eastern region of Macedonia.

The two main rivers that flow across this city are Konjarka and Lipkovka.

The city shares its boundary with various other cities in different directions. In the south Kumanovo of Macedonia shares its boundary with Biljanovce and Romanovce while in the north, it has Gorno Konjare as its neighbor. The western part of the Macedonian city is bounded by Bedinje and Cerkezi while the eastern part has Proevce as its neighbor.

Economically, the city of Kumanovo in Macedonia is dependent upon agriculture as it is the chief occupation of the people as well as the major revenue generator of the city. Other than agriculture, there are numerous textile, footwear, metal-processing and tobacco industries.
