The Sena population of Zimbabwe constitute a minor percentage of the different ethnic groups that are strewn all over the African continent. The Sena race of Zimbabwe comprises mostly of Christian converts, though a fair percentage still follow the traditional African religion. The religious orientation of the Sena race is largely due to the advent of the white people from Europe. The Sena race of Zimbabwe account for at least 1,25,000 of the population strength. The language spoken by them is also known by the same name, Sena language. The Sena language is a subtype the Bantu language.
