Slovakia is a European country with a population of more than five million and it covers area around 49,000 square kilometers. The
Slovak Republic is bordered to the Czech Republic and Austria to the west, Poland to the north whereas Ukraine and Hungary are in the east and southern end respectively. Bratislava is the capital of
Slovakia and it's the largest city of
Slovakia. It is believed that the Slavic people migrated to
Slovakia around 5th and 6th century. Western
Slovakia was under the Samo's empire in the 7th century.
Bratislava Slovakia has a population around 450,000 and it’s the largest city of the country. Located at the south west fringe of
Slovakia and it lies beautifully around the bank of Danube. Bratislava is the centre stage of
Slovakia and it’s politically, culturally and economically very rich.
The
Slovakia Constitution adopted the current flag of
Slovakia in September 3, 1992 and it has red, white and blue colors in it. The
Slovakia government consists of Prime Minister, Deputies and the government ministers and the policy and administration is cared by the SR National Council.
Other than the political and geographical point of view
Slovakia is a very peaceful and warm country along with the exotic sceneries and breathtaking landscapes.
