Slovakia Constitution

Slovakia Constitution is a sovereign and democratic one and it's not connected to any religious ideological belief. The citizens are given the state power and they elect their representatives. The state body enacts on the basis of constitution and it’s within the extent defined by the laws. Everyone abides by the law and nothing can be forced on anybody which is not under the law. The Constitution of Slovakia has given the liberty to the Slovak republic and it’s united and indivisible.

The State emblem of the Slovakian constitution is represented by the red early Gothic shield and it has a silver double cross at the center of three symbolic mountain peaks which are blue in color. Slovakia Constitution has made Bratislava the capital of the Slovak Republic. The Slovakia Constitution has some basic human rights and liberties and every individual is worthy of these rights. The economy of the Slovak republic is totally based on the sociology and the ecology of the market economy along with the protection and the promotion of the economic competition.

Slovakian Constitution states that the whole Slovakia community is based on the basic elements of territorial self administration .The national council of the Slovak republic is an individual constituent and legislative body of the Slovak republic. Slovakia Constitution has declared the President as the executive head of the Slovak republic and he in turn is elected by the National Council of the Slovak Republic by voting for a period of 5 years.

Slovakia Constitution is an independent judicial body and decides on the compatibility with the constitutional laws. The Constitutional laws and other legal regulations remain in force in the Slovak republic unless there are any emergencies.
