Iasi is one of the important cities of Romania. Located in eastern Romania, the city is the capital of Moldova province. Being the second largest city of Romania, Iasi is the academic and cultural hub of the country. Iasi has the oldest Romanian university in the country and draws large number of students annually on a regular basis. Cultural centers in the city are abundant with various theatres, museums and auditoriums. The Romanian Orthodox Church is also located at Iasi in Romania.
