The banks in Mauritius operate from 9:15 am to 3:15 pm from Mondays to Thursdays. On Fridays, the banks are open from 9:15 am to 3:30 pm and on Saturdays; they remain open from 9:15 am to 11:15 am (except State Bank of Mauritius). The Commercial Bank of Mauritius has the reputation of providing a very fast service to the people.
