Echternach is a city in Luxembourg, which offers an excellent place for a holiday destination. The geographical coordinates of the city are of 49º 48' 20 N latitude and 6º 25' 20 E longitude respectively. The Benedectine Abbey was built by St Willibrord in the 7th century. It has now been transformed into a museum. The St Willibrord Basilica is mainly popular for its crypt as a centerpiece and is definitely a must see while on a tour to the country. Town Hall at Echternach, which is placed in the market square has a classifiable touch of the 15th-century to its architecture.
