Cyprus Flora and Fauna are both diverse and varied in range and characteristics. The flora and fauna of Cyprus provide a distinct pattern. The flowering plants of Cyprus grow in abundance and the blossoms add colors to the natural landscape of Cyprus. Orchids also form an important part of the flora of Cyprus.

Cyprus fauna comprises of mammals, reptiles and birds. The number of mammals of the country is not much and the ones like the Moufflon or the Monk Seal are on the verge of extinction. The bird life of Cyprus is wide and birdwatching features as a fascinating experience on the islands. The reptiles of Cyprus include various species of snakes.
