Visa Services: Argentina provides three types of visas - tourist, student, or business visas. If you have enrolled in a course of study of more than 90 days' duration, you require a student visa. If you are enrolling in a course of study of less than 90 days' duration, you require a tourist visa unless you are a resident of any of these countries: Hong Kong, Jamaica, Malaysia, Brazil, Paraguay, and Uruguay, etc. Nationals of other countries require a visa to enter Argentina for any length of time.

immigration has played an important role in the history of Argentina. Millions of people from Spain and Italy immigrated to Argentina at the turn of the 20th century. However, since 1990, the unfavorable employment prospects in Argentina have increased the number of people desirous of emigrating from here to other foreign countries. More recently, the economic collapse of Argentina in 2001-2002 saw a large number of people emigrating from here to other more economically prosperous countries. In the last five years, more than 300,000 people have emigrated from Argentina. Despite this, however, the demand for skilled workers in Argentina has been increasing.
