Benin Export business has a major contribution in the total GDP of the country of Benin. Some of the major Benin Export commodities include the crude oil, palm products, cotton and cocoa. The chief partners of the Benin Export industry are the People's Republic of China (30.2%), India (15.6%), Niger (4.5%), Thailand (6%) and Ghana (5.9%). The Benin Export commodities consist of almost $720.9 million of the total GDP of the country.

Cotton, which is one of the prime agricultural produces of the land, accounts for almost forty percent of the total GDP. The cotton production is also a major part of the official goods for Export in Benin, as it contributes eighty percent to the economy of Export at Benin.

There is a humble fishing fleet which provides shrimp and fish that is adequate for the local subsistence. This fishing fleet is also an important part of the Benin Export goods to the various European nations.
