Belarus religion includes four major groups of the people belonging to the Belarusian Autocephalous Orthodox Church, Hinduism in Belarus, Belarusian Greek Catholic Church and the Roman Catholicism in Belarus. Roman Catholicism is a part of the Roman Catholic Church with 17% of the total population of the country following this religion in Belarus. Roman Catholicism has always been the dominant religion of Belarus, specially of the Belarusian nobility.

The Belarusian Autocephalus Orthodox Church is also an important name in the Belarus religion. This religion in Belarus belongs to the Polish Orthodox Church with a significant part of the Belarusian population practicing it. The majority of the Belarusians are Russian orthodox people with the minorities practicing Judaism in Belarus.

The Belarusian Greek Catholicism is also known as the Belarusian Byzantine Catholicism which also is an important religion at Belarus. Initially, there were twenty parishes at the beginning of 2005, out of which thirteen had received state recognition. Hinduism in Belarus is followed by a very small group of people. The three main Hindu communities of the country include the Brahmakumaris, ISKCON and The Light of Kailasa. The ISKON group is however under tremendous pressure from the government of Alexander Lukashenko and The Light of Kailasa is a totally banned group.
